Breathitt County Judge Executive Jeff Noble faces more charges, as delivered in a warrant for his arrest Tuesday morning at the Breathitt County Court House. Noble now faces new charges, 16 counts in all of first-degree official misconduct. Judge Noble was arrested and taken to Three Forks Jail in Lee County.
According to the court’s documents, new charges allege Noble put diesel fuel from Jiffy Mart in Jackson into his personal vehicle on 16 different occasions and used county funds to pay for it. This allegedly cost the county $986.08.
According to a WYMT-TV report, Noble's lawyer, Derek Jorge Campbell, said he is aware of the charges and is working to find out more information. We expect to have an updated statement from him later.
