Myrtle Miller

Myrtle Miller, 89, Alexandria passed away Saturday, January 1, at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Edgewood. She was a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church in Cold Springs. She was a retired school teacher. She was the widow of the late Lonnie Miller and the daughter of the late Marion and Adna Lovins Neace. She is also preceded in death by brothers, Melvin Neace, Marvin Neace, Calvin Neace; sister, Jean Adkins; beloved grandson, David James Miller. She is survived by son, James Wallace Miller (Patti); daughters, Wanda Faye Holt (Floyd), Donna Sue Carr (Cliff); sisters, Faye Kennedy (John), Ada Neace, Patricia Guerra (Herald); sister-in-law, Ola Faye Neace; grandchildren, Angie Smith (Jason), Shawna Fletcher (William), Christopher Carr, Elizabeth Carr; great grandchildren, DJ Smith, Lauren Osborne (Jordan), Emma Cordray, Isabella Suttles, Julianna Suttles, Julianna Suttles, Jakob Suttles; great great grandchildren, Leyton Osborne, Irelyn Osborne; precious family friend, Erica Parson. Visitation Saturday, January 8, 11AM at the funeral home. Funeral will be Saturday, 1PM at the funeral home with Speaker from Immanuel Baptist Church in Cold Springs & Eldon Miller officiating. Burial will follow in the Flint Ridge Cemetery at Russell Fork. Breathitt Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
