Final sentencing was set for a man accused of helping in the 1999 murder of Alonzo Sizemore.
Larry Neal Baker was sentenced to 15 years in prison by Honorable Circuit Judge Oscar G. House Monday morning on charges of facilitation to commit murder and assault 2nd. Baker was set for final sentencing on June 3rd but failed to appear in court. He was caught months when he was taken to St. Joseph Hospital in London with a severe medical condition.
Court document say Baker counseled Robert Snow, of Rice’s Fork, to enter the home of Alonzo and Gladys Sizemore of Hima in 1999. Snow was sentenced to 25 years for murder and 10 years for burglary 1st, 10 years for criminal complicity in October 2015.
