Larry Collins, age 29, of Add Hollow Road (Manchester) was arrested on Paces Creek Road when Deputy Tommy Houston was investigating a complaint March 14 and Collins pulled into the residence. Collins showed signs of impairment and failed field sobriety tests according to Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson. He told Houston he had smoked marijuana and taken pain medication prior to operating the vehicle. Clay 911 determined he had a revoked or suspended license. Collins refused blood testing. CSO Wes Brumley assisted at the scene.

• Operating on Suspended/Revoked Operators License
