Theft and drug charges led the way as the Grand Jury returned several indictments last week.

-Kelly Williams, 40, was indicted for theft by unlawful taking over $10,000 but under $1,000,000.  Williams allegedly stole a 2014 Harley Davidson motorcycle belonging to Josh Collins from a storage unit.  He painted his Ford Ranger pickup to disguise himself when removing the motorcycle from the unit.

-John Wayne Davidson, 39, faces charges of possession of a controlled substance and carrying a concealed deadly weapon.

-Teresa Taylor, 42, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, promoting contraband, receiving stolen property and carrying a concealed deadly weapon.

-Timothy Davidson, 59, was indicted on charges of criminal complicity to possession of a controlled substance 1st, public intoxication and possession of marijuana.

-Anthony Lipps, 36, was indicted for theft by unlawful taking over $500 but under $10,000 when he took control of a 2007 Chevy Colorado belonging to Amy Simmons.

-Timothy L. Smith, 40, is facing indictment charges of possession of a controlled substance 2nd, burglary 3rd, criminal mischief 3rd, theft by unlawful taking over $500 and criminal attempt to escape 2nd.   Smith allegedly was caught shoplifting at Wall-Mart then attempted to flee custody from city police officer Gary Jordan.

-Jason Blevins, 34, is indicted on charges of failure to produce insurance card, failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, driving on DUI suspended license, one headlamp, license plate not illuminated and license not in possession.

-Justice Jackson, 50, was indicted for no seat belt, no registration plate, no  registration receipt, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, driving DUI suspended, failure to produce insurance card, no insurance, failure to notify address change, possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle.

-Candace Jones, 28, was indicted on charges of no registration plate, no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, no insurance, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, promoting contraband.

-Justin Baker, 38, is facing charges of trafficking in a controlled substance (meth), drug paraphernalia buy/possess, poss. of marijuana, firearm in possession while in commission of a crime, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs, operating on suspended or revoked operators license 1st.

-Mollie Henson, 52, and Brian Hacker, 38, face indictment charges of trafficking in a controlled substance 1st, buy/poss. drug paraphernalia, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, receiving stolen property over $10,000 but under $1,000,000.

-Tony Dezarn, 40, Chester Collett, 60, Steve Collett, 56, and Richard Davidson, 36, were all indicted on a charge of bail jumping 1st degree.
