Created a disturbance by screaming, and cursing, and had to be removed
Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff’s Deputy Taylor McDaniel along with Deputy Jamie Etherton with assistance from Kentucky State Police and London City Police arrested three individuals while investigating an alleged road rage incident on US 25 north of London on Saturday morning March 9, 2019 at approximately 10:56 AM. Deputies observed a red GMC Sierra all over the road and driving in a reckless manner. A traffic stop was conducted where the driver was determined to be under the influence. The driver was identified as Robert Burkart age 22 of Kentucky Hollow Rd., London charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence – first offense; reckless driving. In addition, during the traffic stop a passenger in the vehicle created a disturbance by screaming, and cursing, while others were present and had to be removed from the vehicle during the investigation and was arrested and identified as Trevor Burkart age 19 of Kentucky Hollow Rd., London charged with disorderly conduct – second-degree; resisting arrest. Also arrested was James Wayne Burkart age 61 of Kentucky Hollow Rd., London charged with public intoxication – controlled substances.
