Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on May 11, 2019 at approximately 10:30 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Tommy Houston conducted a traffic stop on an ATV on PawPaw Road occupied by two male subjects. The operator of the vehicle Travis Price, 39 was searched due to being arrested for showing signs of impairment. During the search of the driver, Deputy Houston discovered inside a cigarette pack a white powered substance suspected to be Methamphetamine along with individual baggies of suspected Methamphetamine packaged for sale. The passenger of the ATV Charles Young, 35 was arrested on scene for being under the influence of intoxicants. Assisting at the scene was Manchester City Police Officer Ryan Jackson. Travis Price, 39 was charged with:
• All Terrain Vechiles Violation
• Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
• Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense (<2 grams Methamphetamine)

Charles Young, 35 was charged with:
• Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
