Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on May 12, 2019 at approximately 9:00 AM Clay County Chief Deputy Clifton Jones arrest Kacee Riley, 39. The arrest occurred when Chief Deputy Jones received a complaint of a female subject on Morning Glory Road that had broke into a vehicle. Upon arrival Chief Deputy Jones came in contact with the above mentioned subject, through investigation it was discovered the female subject had broken into a homeowner's car and was found hiding in the backseat. Kacee Riley, 39 was charged with:
• Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
• Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree
• Criminal Trespassing 2nd Degree
