Members of the Manchester, Lockard's Creek and Horse Creek Fire Departments are on scene at a residence on Elk Mountain, just off U.S. 421 at a fire.

A semi, parked at a residence, caught fire around 7:45 p.m. Wednesday evening.  The roadway is blocked while they fight the fire.
