Knox County Chamber of Commerce is partnering with South Central Small Business Development Center and others to host a Free Business Workshop at Barbourville City School on Monday, November 18 starting at 5 p.m.
“If you are making plans to start a small business, already have a business, or know someone who has a business...this workshop is for you,” said Knox County Chamber President Rich Prewitt.
The workshop is called ‘Grow with Google: Get Your Business Online.’ The workshop will show attendees how to create or claim a Business profile, manage business information through Google, and use ‘Google My Business’ to connect with current and potential customers.
According to the workshop’s website: by building a business profile from Google, your business can stand out for free across Google Search and Google Maps.
Claudia Greenwood, Knox County Chamber of Commerce Executive Director, added “This workshop is an opportunity to learn how to boost your google presence.” She concluded, “this may be something your business would benefit from.”
