Knox County Deputy Hunter Luttrell responded to a 911 call of a man requesting assistance at his residence on Coal Port Road in Artemus, Ky.
According to Deputy Luttrell, once he arrived, he was met by the caller who was jerking uncontrollably. The caller, Michael Collett, stated two women allegedly broke into his residence, shot at him, and then pepper sprayed him. He requested Deputy Luttrell to search the home.
Once inside, Deputy Luttrell reportedly observed: a set of scales containing methamphetamine, several used syringes, several small plastic baggies and a ledger with a hand-written weight conversion chart.
Deputy Luttrell arrested Collett. He was charged with Public Intoxication/Controlled Substance, Trafficking in Controlled Substance in the first degree and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Collett was placed in the Knox County Detention Center.
