Mary Marie Brock Bullins, 83, of Pineville, passed away on Thursday, November 7, 2019 at her home surrounded by family. She was born in Stoney Fork, KY on March 30, 1936 a daughter of the late James Scott and Elizabeth Caldwell Brock. She was a member of the Church of God on Hendren Hill and attended Mill Creek Baptist Church. Mary had been a homemaker, a great mother and a loving person who loved her family. She will be missed by all.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” Bullins; daugher, Mary Bullins, brothers, Will, Ralph, Millard, Bruce and Robert Brock; sisters, Dora Brock, Rachel Brock, Bertha Hunter, Helen Hunter and Laura Bingham.
Survivors include her daughter, Lizzia Bullins; brothers and sisters, Reed and Geneva Brock, Grover Brock and Colson Brock, Irene Brock, Cuba and Jesse Phipps, Katherine Cavins and Gladys Jackson and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Services were at 2:00 PM on Monday, November 11 at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Chapel with Rev. Mark Hunter. Burial was in Green Hills Memorial Gardens with nephews serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearer were Dr. Martha Combs Woolum. The family received friends on Monday from 12:00 Noon until the funeral hour at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the family of Mary Bullins.
