On behalf of the Board of Directors of First State Bank of the Southeast, Katherine J. Reese, Chairman of the Board and CEO, announces the retirement of Vice President and Marketing Officer, Pat Fulton. Pat has been a member of the First State Bank family for 45 years and is set to retire at the end of June.

Pat began her banking career in 1974 with First State Bank as a bookkeeper and worked in many areas of banking until being promoted to loan officer and then to her current marketing position, which includes additional responsibilities as Branch Manager. In June 1989, Pat completed General Banking I and General Banking II at the Kentucky Schools of Banking held at the University of Louisville.

“We are grateful to Pat for her commitment to excellence and primary focus to promote the Bank, while maintaining the Reese family tradition of service to the community and its employees,” Reese said. “Her abundance of dedicated energy has been contagious inside and outside our Banking family and she will be greatly missed.”

Her future plans include moving to Lake Providence near Nashville, TN and will continue her interests which include running, exercising, and traveling.
